Organized Chaos
Organized Chaos is an ongoing compilation of my abstract artwork, deeply inspired by one of my favorite abstract expressionist artists—Jackson Pollock. Known for his iconic “drip” technique or “action painting,” Pollock’s freeform, physical method of creating has profoundly influenced my own artistic journey.
Over the years, I’ve developed a deep love for this expressive, kinetic approach to painting. There’s something incredibly healing and cathartic about releasing raw emotion and energy through movement—throwing, dripping, splashing paint onto canvas or wood panel without overthinking, led purely by instinct, heart, and physical motion. It’s a process that continues to be one of the most thrilling, liberating, and emotionally resonant experiences for me as an artist.
In this series, vibrant chaos meets structured calm. Amid the wild, emotional splatters and drips of color, I incorporate clean, deliberate negative space using the painter’s tape method. This juxtaposition represents a reflection of myself—an outwardly composed presence often concealing an inner storm of energy and emotion. The contrast of unrestrained expression with organized form felt like the perfect embodiment of what I wanted to convey—hence the title, Organized Chaos.
This body of work is ever-evolving, and I plan to continue adding to it for years to come. Below, I share pieces into which I’ve poured my heart, soul, energy, and even tears. My hope is that you find your own sense of healing, wonder, and connection in these works, just as I did in creating them.
